Picking The Right Photo Of Your Pet
Our artists will create a custom piece of art based on a photo you submit with your order. The best photo to submit would be showing your pet sitting upright or standing. Be sure to provide a close-up, high-quality picture of your pet.
If your first photo doesn't work, no worries - we'll just try another one. Portrait Mode on your phone, for example, produces a great quality photo for our artists.
Design Timeline
Once you submit your order, our designers will get to work within 24 hours. It typically takes 2-3 days to create your custom artwork. You'll receive an email with your design proof for approval. Once approved, we'll print and ship your item.
Shipping & Returns
Please allow approximately 7-10 days for shipping once your design is approved. As every single item is custom made, we, unfortunately, cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We ship with full tracking as fast as possible - always!
